Please read the following information carefully. By completing checkout of this listing, you agree to the contract terms below. Please complete checkout by September 30, 2025 to confirm your participation in Merry Magical Market 2025. Sharing confidential information from this contract may result in termination of participation. 

Event Requirements:

•      Participant is available to participate December 12-14, 2025.

•      Participant agrees to design their own magnet print. Artwork is due October 8, 2025. Guidelines will be provided upon receipt of signed contract and payment.

•      Participant is not required to create any new items specifically for this year's event, however, it is recommended that flash sales or special offers are provided if no new items are created.

•      Participant will select a scheduled time slot for their Popshop Live show and agrees to release their items only during their scheduled time slot. Please see Live Show Information/Requirements and Drop Information/Requirements below.

•      Participant agrees to post on social media to advertise. Because this is a community-driven virtual convention, it shines when everyone contributes. Please see Social Media Information/Requirements below.

•      Participant agrees to donate 5 items for the Game Show. Please see Game Show Information/Requirements below.

Participants Receive:

•      18 magnetic tree pins (9 each of 2 variants pre-designed by MMM). Magnetic tree retail price is $28.

•      18 magnetic wreath pins (9 each of 2 variants pre-designed by MMM). Magnetic wreath retail price is $28.

•      60 .5” star shaped magnets (50 of Participant print design + set of 10 which includes 1 from each participating maker). Magnet retail price is $8. The full set is yours to keep; should you prefer to sell/give it away, you may only do so outside of the event weekend (December 15, 2025 or after).

•      2 prize magnets which are not to be sold but given to customers as prizes. This may be done at your discretion. i.e. They can be added to random orders from the weekend. If they are part of a paid game, the prize magnet must be given in addition to the game item and not factored in to the cost of the game-play.

Event Fee:

•      Event fee for everything listed above is $600 plus $15 shipping. Shipped USPS Priority Mail and insured.

•      Participants may purchase an additional 25 pins of their star design for an additional $2 each. Please add this additional listing to your cart when checking out.

•      Participants may purchase one set of MMM 2025 exclusive trees/wreaths (4 pieces total) for their personal collection at cost for an additional $50. They are not to be re-sold and will be back-stamped as such. Please add this additional listing to your cart when checking out.

Live Show Information/Requirements:

·      Popshop Live shows are scheduled throughout the weekend with no overlaps giving customers the opportunity to engage with each show. Timeslots will be available to choose upon payment of invoice.

·      Participants agree to go live at the scheduled time for 60 minutes. There is a 15-minute overtime grace period. This grace period may not be exceeded as there must be a 45-minute window between live shows.

·      Popshop Live shows also serve as the panels/entertainment and should give customers a way to disconnect from reality and immerse themselves in the event. Participant focus should be on the event attendees and presenting a professional, entertaining show.

•      Popshop Live shows must choose to have either a game or a craft/tutorial project. The MMM team is happy to schedule a zoom meeting to brainstorm options.

•      Shows should have proper lighting, music/sounds, and internet connection. Surroundings should be clean and/or decorated. Consider cosplay or dressing to impress.

Social Media Information/Requirements:

•      Participant agrees to accept collaboration post announcing that they are participating. (DATE TBA, approx. within the next week)

•      Participant agrees to accept collaboration post announcing tree/wreath and magnet designs. (DATE TBA, approx. 30 days before event)

•      Participant agrees post a photo or reel of their star magnet to feed at least once. (Posted at your discretion after the group magnet photo, but prior to event.)

•      Participant agrees to post photos/reels to their feed of their offers and/or additional products. (This helps customers to know what will be available to purchase with enough notice).

•      Participant agrees to post 2+ story shares in the two weeks leading up to the event with a link to the MMM website.

•      Attending all Popshop Live shows is not required, but attending any shows your support for fellow makers and chatting in the comments helps create more excitement for your brand.

•      As we no longer have any contacts at Popshop Live, it is up to each individual participant to promote their show and its products and entertainment leading up to the event.

Drop Information/Requirements:

·      Magnetic tree retail price is $28.

·      Magnetic wreath retail price is $28.

·      Star magnet retail price is $8.

·      Star pin retail price is $8.

·      Shipping price is $5.99.

·      Participant agrees to sell all trees, wreaths, and magnets individually (no bundling). (As there are no web drops requiring filling carts this year – and Popshop Live items drop individually – customers are able to purchase separately without fear of items disappearing from their carts.)

·      Participant agrees to post (i.e. to Instagram Stories) the following drop information prior to their Popshop Live:

o   Show schedule with approximate times

o   Drop menu containing a list of all new items with prices

o   How attendees can win prize magnets

§  These posts help attendees to plan their weekend and were very successful in previous years. Template examples will be provided.

·      Participant agrees to release their items only during their scheduled time slot. Any leftover items may not be added to Participant’s website until the event is complete. (December 15, 2025 or after).

Game Show Information/Requirements:

•      The Game Show will be hosted by Oddment & Tweak and Sunset Road and take place on Sunday, December 14. Viewers will purchase game entries for $10 each. 100% of the funds from the game entries sold will be donated to Trans Lifeline. 

•      Participant agrees to donate 5 prizes for the Game Show.

•      Prizes should be individually packaged in a bag/envelope with your shop name and the contents must be worth at least $15 each. (This can be one item worth $15 or multiple items that add up to at least that amount.)

•      Prizes should be mailed no later than December 1, 2025 to: Oddment & Tweak, 141 Parkway Road, Suite 15, Bronxville, NY 10708. 

MMM maintains a website with direct links to every participating shop along with a direct calendar link for each Popshop Live show. To prevent confusion, MMM does not have an additional event Instagram page, and instead keeps all information centralized on the website. When sharing the event, please link directly to the MMM website (merrymagicalmarket.com).
