• What's your shipping policy?

    All orders are shipped within 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Flat rate shipping is $5.00 within the US and $11.00 internationally. Select larger items may incur additional international shipping fees.

    Actual totals will be put on customs forms. Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs.

    We are currently unable to ship to Europe.

  • My package shipped, but hasn't arrived yet.

    Please know that once we ship a package, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages and recommend contacting your local postal provider for more details or to file a claim. 

    In rare occurrences, international orders have taken 6+ months to arrive.

  • Can I return or exchange items?

    Due to the limited nature of our product line, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges.

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • What is your grading system?

    We have a high standard for quality — products offered for sale will be one of two grades:

    Standard grade pins are pins sold at full price. They are free of major defects. As all pins are handmade, they may exhibit minor and less noticeable imperfections. This may include stray glitter, superficial tiny bubble in the enamel/epoxy, superficial scratches to metal (especially large metal surfaces), metal imperfections on the side/back of the pin, etc.

    Seconds grade pins have larger imperfections that are more noticeable.

  • My package was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it.

    As we can only see the same tracking information as you can, we recommend doing the following:

    • Check your order confirmation email and confirm that you entered your shipping address correctly.
    • Call the USPS toll free number (1-800-275-8777) and tell them you didn't receive your package.
    • Submit a search request or file a claim: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
